About the Role
Equinox is seeking energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Male Locker Room Associates to join the Equinox Austin team. This role is crucial for maintaining the premium, immersive experience Equinox is known for, ensuring a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming environment for all members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Ensure male locker rooms are clean, stocked, and well-maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
- Clean and organize storage, laundry, exercise, and coat rooms.
- Maintain an adequate supply of towels in the male locker room.
- Assist with special events.
- Notify the Maintenance Manager of any rooms requiring immediate attention.
Requirements
- Must possess a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment.
- Ability to service athletic equipment.
- Previous experience working with cleaning products and hand tools.
- Strong customer service abilities.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States.
