About the Role
We are looking for individuals to deliver Amazon packages (primarily lightweight items) using light vans to individual homes and businesses. We are committed to creating a workplace where everyone is properly rewarded and where people don't quit due to unreasonable circumstances. We provide a supportive system for beginners and ensure fair evaluation of hard work.
Responsibilities
- Deliver packages according to the route displayed on the app.
- Load packages at the distribution center.
- Complete delivery tasks efficiently within the designated delivery area.
- Report completion of daily tasks via the app.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (AT limited OK).
- Willingness to work 5 days or more per week.
- Must be able to work during the period of 11/27 to 12/17.
- Light van ownership is welcome; leasing is available if you do not own a vehicle.

Salary/Compensations
- Daily rate: JPY 23,450 (guaranteed minimum take-home pay)
- Incentive: JPY 6,600 per day (for working 5 days or more between 11/27 and 12/17)
- Potential daily earnings up to JPY 30,050
- Monthly income model (working 5 days/week, 23 days/month): JPY 539,350 (base pay) + additional incentives
- Monthly income model (working 3 days/week): starting from JPY 328,300
