About the Role
OUTFRONT is seeking a Project Manager to join its Miami Transit Team, overseeing the build-out of MDT’s bus shelter expansion. This role involves leading teams to deliver 360 additional bus shelters and bridging the gap between MDT, OUTFRONT’s Miami management, and operations personnel.
Responsibilities
- Lead successful delivery of initiatives, from initiation to deployment.
- Supervise projects and provide direction to project teams, ensuring on-time and within-scope/budget delivery.
- Direct the development of project goals, work plans, timelines, and implementation strategies.
- Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
- Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all project phases.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define scope and priorities for system initiatives.
- Drive business engagement and relationships to understand key business objectives.
- Manage and account for project budgets and contracts.
- Plan, facilitate, and conduct meetings.
- Measure, evaluate, and communicate project performance.
- Manage issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
