About the Role
Responsible for maintaining ERP (Visual) master data, including Item Master, Bill of Materials (BOM), Routings, Sales Pricing, and Customer Master through partnership with various departments to ensure data is updated and accurate. This role is tied to the Tru Hue initiative.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Item Master, Raw material, packaging materials, WIP (Work in progress) Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routings.
- Ensure Finished Good setup are accurately entered in Visual ERP and maintain the process to ensure ongoing data quality and integrity.
- Leverage problem-solving skills to rectify issues and ensure ongoing data integrity.
- Build direct communication and strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met.
- Perform and/or coordinate data validation, quality assurance, and user interface verification activities related to data extraction.
- Maintain accurate Item information through data validation.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to improve business processes and decision-making.
- Prepare and/or update operating procedures and other related documentation to support maintaining and cleansing data.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting an enterprise ERP or MDM solution.
- Experience in Master Data Management or Data Governance.
- Experience working on Visual or other ERP system.
- Strong proficiency with Excel.
- Detail oriented, incredibly organized and process driven.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information according to set standards (SOC2).
