About the Role
We are seeking Grill Chefs who are passionate about fresh, high-quality food and delivering exceptional standards. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for controlling the grill section, maintaining kitchen standards, health & safety, and food quality, while fostering a positive and loyal kitchen culture.
Responsibilities
- Running grill section
- Managing health & safety
- Meeting set KPI’s
- Assisting in developing junior members of the team
- Team responsibility for stock and COGS management
- Compliance
- Constant improvement to the service and restaurant’s performance
Requirements
- Ability to work across all areas of the kitchen
- Ability to work independently on the grill section
- Willingness to support and cover across Central London sites as needed
- Open to moving around sites and not being tied to one location
- Demonstrate great performance for potential permanent roles

- Additional Tronc/Service charge (£1 to £5 per hour)
