About the Role
We are seeking Grill Chefs who are passionate about creating excellent, fresh food to the highest standards. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for controlling the grill section and maintaining high standards of kitchen operations, health & safety, and food quality.
Responsibilities
- Running grill section
- Managing health & safety
- Meeting set KPI’s
- Assisting in developing junior members of the team
- Team responsibility for stock and COGS management
- Compliance
- Constant improvement to the service and restaurant’s performance
Requirements
- Ability to work across all areas of the kitchen
- Willingness to support and cover across North London sites as needed
- Open to moving around sites and not being tied to one location

Salary/Compensations
- £13.00 per hour base rate
- Additional Tronc/Service charge earnings (£1 to £5 per hour)
