About the Role
Lead and support the marketing team to increase referrals and community awareness. Build relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and referral sources. Develop and implement regional marketing and business development strategies. Collaborate with leadership to achieve growth and census goals. Create marketing materials and assist with promotional initiatives. Analyze market opportunities and identify areas for expansion. Support admissions and referral development efforts. Travel to agency locations and community events as needed. Prepare reports and provide regular updates to leadership.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare marketing experience
- Home Health or Hospice marketing experience required
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with healthcare professionals
- Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare services
- Basic computer and technology proficiency
