About the Role
Lead and develop a team of Account Executives for a fast-paced, high-growth company, impacting team growth, training, and European expansion.
Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives.
- Assist the team throughout strategic sales cycles by understanding customer needs and mapping them to Rippling's value.
- Monitor sales performance (activity, pipelines, forecasts, closed-deals) to ensure quota attainment.
- Report on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting.
- Identify and recommend improvements in process, efficiency, and productivity.
- Lead the team to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Participate in hiring, interviewing, and training new team members.
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and German.
- 3-5 years of experience in tech sales.
- Experience building a business and team across Germany from scratch.
- Able to accurately forecast team performance.
- Motivated with a desire to learn and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
