About the Role

The Summer Associate Program provides the opportunity to gain exposure to a number of disciplines within investment banking. Summer Associates will sharpen financial analysis skills, develop an understanding of corporate markets and clients, and gain experience in corporate finance and with investment banking products through on-the-job training. Within each group, Summer Associates play a meaningful role in supporting internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

Play a meaningful role in new business development, due diligence, and transaction execution.
Work with senior professionals to identify and evaluate opportunities.
Meet with and present to prospective clients.
Facilitate the creation or review of in-depth financial models involved in transactions.
Draft internal and external documents and marketing materials utilized in transactions.
Take a lead role in executing transactions and working with clients, attorneys, investors, interested parties and other senior professionals on a daily basis.

Requirements

MBA from a leading program with a scheduled graduation of December 2027 – May 2028.
Minimum of 3 years work experience required.
Ability to understand complex financial products and desire for significant transaction execution responsibility.
Proven analytical ability and attention to detail.
Solid leadership and interpersonal skills.
Superior written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
