About the Role
EvenUp is seeking Senior and Mid-Level Frontend Engineers to join their AI-powered customer communication team. This role involves owning technical decisions, partnering with Product and Design, and building user experiences for AI agents across voice, SMS, and email.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship user-facing experiences for AI-powered communication agents across voice, SMS, and email.
- Own frontend technical decisions within your scope, from architecture and implementation through production and iteration.
- Partner closely with Product and Design to turn evolving customer needs into intuitive, scalable user experiences.
- Build fast, responsive, and reliable interfaces for real-time AI agent interactions.
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences across our AI communication platform.
Requirements
- A strong track record of shipping customer-facing products from concept to launch, and the ability to clearly explain the technical decisions you made and what you learned.
- Comfortable working through ambiguity and solving problems that don’t come with a predefined solution.
- Strong technical depth and the ability to dive into the details of your own work rather than speaking in generalities.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience as an individual contributor.
- Builders who enjoy owning technical problems rather than pursuing people management.
