About the Role

Responsibilities
- Analyze new and existing ratings on Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) using proprietary models
- Support transaction analysis, model review and drafting committee materials under guidance of senior team members
- Review transaction documents to identify and assess credit risks
- Prepare and present rating conclusions to a credit committee
- Draft rating action commentaries that explain rating decisions to market participants
- Contribute to recurring and ad hoc research publications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related quantitative field
- At least one year of financial-sector experience, preferably but not necessarily related to Structured Credit or Structured Finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to listen actively, incorporating different perspectives in a consensus-driven environment
- Personal responsibility, initiative, and self-management
- Ability to shift and quickly adapt between multiple tasks as priorities change
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
