- Serve as the key UA subject matter expert for Investment Advisors, Branch Management, and internal Wealth Management partners.
- Build deep, trust-based relationships through consistent presence, high-quality service, and follow-through.
- Use consultative sales techniques to engage advisors, identify practice needs, and move them through a structured adoption process.
- Proactively analyze advisors' books of business to uncover data-driven opportunities and develop strategic proposals.
- Build action plans with Investment Advisors to optimize business practices through increased use of the UA program and fee-based offerings.
- Monitor regional fee-based targets with the objective of increasing revenue, growing market share, and reducing operational costs.

- Partner with Practice Management, Training & Development, Head Office partners, and vendors to build advisor capability.
- Create and enhance resources, tools, and materials to support advisory teams in communicating concepts and driving adoption.
- Promote UA best practices, reinforce benefits, and quarterback resolution of UA-related challenges by coordinating with Technology, Operations, and internal partners.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the UA platform by sharing field themes, advisor feedback, and improvement opportunities.
- Support the phased regional roll-out of the UA program in close partnership with Change Management leads and the Fee-Based Solutions team.
