About the Role
As a Health & Life Sciences Operating Model Consultant, you'll work alongside multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business challenges and help HLS clients transform how their organizations operate. You'll utilize your scientific background to contribute to high-profile transformations while continuing to develop your subject matter expertise in health and life sciences operating design and business transformation.
Responsibilities
- Designing future-state operating models, including organizational structures, governance, capabilities, and ways of working.
- Analyzing complex business challenges and developing practical recommendations, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
- Facilitating stakeholder discussions and workshops, working with clients from operational teams to executive leadership.
- Assessing organizational capabilities, operating models, and ways of working to identify opportunities for improved performance and transformation.
Requirements
- Successful candidates will come from consulting, healthcare, life sciences, transformation, business analysis, organizational design, or strategy backgrounds.
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in consulting, health and life sciences, transformation, or a related industry role.
- Supported clinical, R&D, medical, regulatory, commercial, or enterprise transformation initiatives within pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, or healthcare organizations.
- Understanding of the scientific processes behind clients challenges and our solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and insights.
- Proactive with a desire to solve difficult challenges with creativity and structure.
