Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, implementing, and documenting occupational safety measures.
- Collect, analyze, and report data on key performance indicators.
- Handle administrative tasks related to certifications, audits, and legal requirements.
- Support documentation and deadline tracking for recurring checks or emergency management training.
- Create work instructions and workflows for relevant facility management safety topics.
- Assist in preparing presentations for occupational safety committee meetings or creating informational materials for e-learning and intranet contributions on occupational safety and health promotion.
- Coordinate interface work between Occupational Health Management, Facility Management, and other departments.
Requirements
- Studies in Occupational Health Management, Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering Facility Management, Sustainable Science and Technology with a focus on Occupational Safety, or a comparable field.
- Analytical thinking, structured work approach, and self-organization.
- Good communication skills, team spirit, and confident demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of the Occupational Safety Act.
- Very good knowledge of Google products (Google Workspace) and proficient use of content management systems.
- Willingness to contribute ideas for AI implementation in occupational safety and develop them into practical projects.
- Very good German language skills.
- Enrollment certificate (optional, to expedite the application process).
