About the Role
Xanadu is seeking a Visual Designer to define and elevate the visual identity of the quantum computing revolution. You will be responsible for bringing the Xanadu brand to life across digital platforms, developer ecosystems, and physical events, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually stunning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve visual design systems, brand guidelines, and asset libraries across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Ensure visual consistency, craft precision, and cohesive brand storytelling across all touchpoints, including physical banners, social media posts, and digital UI application navigation menus.
- Design end-to-end multi-channel assets for product launches, announcements, events, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Build responsive visual assets for web properties, email lifecycle channels, and paid/organic social platforms.
- Adapt master creative into platform-native formats while maintaining brand integrity, load speeds, and engagement performance.
- Showcase abstract quantum computing concepts into visually striking graphics, diagrams, and motion assets for hardware and software releases.
- Design community event branding, open-source campaign toolkits, and educational touchpoints.
- Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate ideation, iterate on variations, and streamline production pipelines.
- Maintain structured asset libraries, reusable templates, and handoff-ready source files.
Requirements
- 5+ years of visual design experience in technology companies, creative agencies, or enterprise industry environments.
- A portfolio showcasing work across digital marketing campaigns, brand systems, web, social, and email formats.
- Solid graphic foundations, including deep expertise in color theory, typography, visual composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Proven track record of maintaining cross-platform visual consistency and cohesive brand storytelling across physical assets, social media, and digital UI application navigation menus.
- Ability to juggle competing priorities, execute quickly against briefs, and thrive in an agile environment.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate generative AI tools into creative pipelines.
- Advanced visual storytelling skills with an interest in translating complex technical concepts into clean, accessible visuals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage or provide design oversight for UX/UI projects.
