About the Role
A Client Care Specialist 2 contributes to AHF by presenting a friendly, helpful face to members seeking HIV testing and prevention services, STI screenings, and treatment in our Wellness Clinics/Programs. This hybrid role provides courteous, confidential, and professional support to members within wellness programs, enhancing the reputation of AHF by embodying our commitment to excellence in patient care, patient retention, operational efficiency, and adaptability.
Responsibilities
- Collecting medical histories
- Managing tests/screenings
- Recording vitals
- Addressing health complaints
- Facilitating patient registration
- Appointment management
- Electronic chart creation
- Data documentation, including referrals and reports
- Venipuncture
- Sample collection, including blood and other specimens
- Preparing specimens for laboratory analysis
