About the Role

Join our team to help clients make strategic decisions in AI & Data, supporting them from AI & Data strategy definition to the implementation of large-scale data platforms, visual analytics programs, and smart "Age of With" solutions. Make a difference with us as a Consultant Business Intelligence (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

Advise companies on the development and implementation of AI and analytics solutions, translating requirements into structured solution approaches.
Co-develop solution designs for AI and analytics applications, data pipelines, and user-oriented analytics applications.
Work hands-on in client projects, supporting the development of prototypes and productive data and AI solutions.
Analyze data, develop models, algorithms, and dashboards, and make insights usable for clients.
Actively contribute to the team, work on high-quality project results, and stay updated on new technology trends, suggesting how new approaches can be meaningfully applied in client projects.

Requirements

Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, or a comparable field; alternatively, relevant practical experience in the AI and Analytics environment.
Initial practical experience in AI/ML projects, Data Analytics, or Analytics Engineering, along with good knowledge of Python and SQL.
Ideally, knowledge of cloud technologies, DevOps, MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, frontend technologies, GenAI frameworks, or RAG architectures.
Ideally, experience with data modeling, ETL, data platforms like Databricks or Snowflake, and BI tools like Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or QuickSight.
German and English fluent in spoken and written communication.
Ability to communicate analytical results understandably and to work successfully in a team.
