About the Role
In this role, you will help clients make strategic decisions regarding AI & Data. Our team supports clients from defining their AI & Data strategy through implementing large-scale data platforms, visual analytics programs, and introducing smart "Age of With" solutions. Responsibilities
- Advise companies on the development and implementation of AI and analytics solutions with clear business value and build long-term, trusting client relationships.
- Conceive and develop architectures for AI applications, data platforms, and analytics solutions, integrating them into existing system landscapes.
- Analyze large datasets and develop productive AI applications, data models, algorithms, and interactive dashboards that enable data-driven decisions.
- Take responsibility for quality, lead workstreams, and contribute to the professional development of colleagues.
- Develop innovative solution approaches based on new technologies and market trends, support sales and pre-sales activities, and actively shape the service portfolio.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in computer science, statistics, business informatics, data analytics, or a comparable field; alternatively, relevant practical experience in the AI and analytics environment.
- At least three years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, or data analytics projects, ideally with client contact in a consulting or project environment.
- Sound knowledge of Python and SQL, as well as practical experience in analyzing, modeling, and processing data for data-driven solutions.
- Ideally, knowledge of GenAI, RAG, MLOps, DevOps, cloud technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, as well as data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake and common BI tools.
- Have already set initial professional focal points.
- Negotiation-level German and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to communicate complex technical and business content clearly and structurally.
