About the Role
As an Optician (m/w/d) at Mister Spex, you will take responsibility for customer experience, optical quality, and team spirit, making a difference on the sales floor.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding their favorite glasses.
- Represent the Mister Spex spirit on the sales floor.
- Perform eyeglass consultations and anatomical adjustments using state-of-the-art technology.
- Determine prescription values and advise customers on various lens packages.
Requirements
- Completed training as an optician/journeyman (m/f/d).
- Initial experience in refraction and/or contact lens fitting.
- Team player with a collaborative work style.
- Ability to align company goals with customer wishes.
