About the Role
Alliance Automotive Logistics is seeking a flexible Driver/Warehouse Operative to join their busy team. This dual role requires performing duties in either capacity as needed within the branch. Previous experience in a similar warehouse or commercial vehicle parts background is ideal.
Responsibilities
- Pack and load products onto vans according to company’s specifications
- Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes
- Maintain ongoing communication with route dispatcher
- Unload goods as per client specifications
- Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs
- Obtain delivery confirmations from each customer
- Picking customer orders, loading vans and making regular checks to ensure all orders are picked correctly
- Oversee the dispatch of orders and coordinate van deliveries
- Checking and putting away supplier deliveries, informing your line manager of any shortages or damaged stock
- Assist with a rolling stock taking program, ensuring all stock is located correctly at all times
- Assist with maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements

- Full UK Driving Licence
- Good timekeeping
