About the Role
MASCOT® is Europe's leading workwear brand, seeking to expand its successful sales team in Germany. We offer a strong brand with innovative products, a dedicated team, and exciting challenges within a successful company.
Responsibilities
- Build and expand our dealer network in the specified postal code areas (technical trade, tools, facility management, B2B building materials trade, PPE specialists).
- Develop and strengthen relationships and activities with existing sales partners.
- Acquire new customers (B2B end customers with 20-200 employees) in close cooperation with our dealers.
- Plan and implement shop-in-shop solutions for MASCOT, including on-site support and establishment.
- Execute the MASCOT sales strategy and conduct targeted campaigns.
- Represent our company and actively participate in trade fairs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of field sales experience or several years of experience in the textile/sports retail sector.
- Proactive 'doer' personality, motivated by freedom of action and personal responsibility.
- Energetic and persistent in driving sales success.
- Convincing personal presence to inspire customers.
- Winning mentality and passion for acquiring new customers.
