About the Role
Contribute as a core member in projects supporting clients' business process reform and DX promotion, from planning and conceptualization to system implementation. Utilize the latest cloud solutions, including Pega solutions, to improve client business processes to their ideal state, thereby enhancing your market value.
Responsibilities
- Planning, conceptualization, proposal, and promotion of digitalization and business reform for client business processes.
- System development and operation utilizing diverse digital technologies, including Pega solutions.
Requirements
- Consulting practical experience.
- Practical experience in system implementation or business reform projects.
- Experience in DX related to business processes, internally or externally.
- Experience in business/organizational reform within large enterprises.
- IT experience (planning, requirements definition, design, development, or operation of system construction).
Skills
- Pega Platform design, development, testing, and operation/maintenance experience.
- BPM product planning and implementation experience.
- Custom development (for internal business use) planning and implementation experience.
- Business-level English proficiency.
