About the Role
As a Trainee Business Process Consulting, you will support clients in optimizing, harmonizing, and digitally transforming business processes, implementing them in modern ERP systems. You will be prepared for the role of Business Process Consultant with a focus on sales, logistics, purchasing, and production within three months through a customized training plan. You will accompany transformation projects from requirements analysis through conception and process design to the implementation of SAP solutions. You will analyze end-to-end processes with experienced teams and learn how innovative technologies like SAP S/4HANA and Artificial Intelligence (AI) create added value for clients. Technological training, method training, and customer communication training will prepare you for SAP certification and successful project entry.
Responsibilities
- Support clients in optimizing, harmonizing, and digitally transforming business processes and their implementation in modern ERP systems.
- Accompany transformation projects from requirements analysis, conception, and process design to the implementation of SAP solutions.
- Analyze end-to-end processes and learn how innovative technologies like SAP S/4HANA and Artificial Intelligence (AI) create added value for clients.
- Prepare for SAP certification and successful project entry through technological training, method training, and customer communication training.
Requirements
- Successfully completed or nearly completed Master's degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a comparable field.
- Ideally, gained initial practical experience in consulting, process optimization, digitalization, or technology.
- Interest in business processes, SAP-supported corporate management, and current developments in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills for collaboration in national and international project teams.
- Analytical thinking, willingness to learn, and confident demeanor to solve complex issues with clients.
