About the Role
We are looking for a Propositions Manager to join the Connectivity Propositions team. This role involves owning, defining, and delivering the strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance of Sky's connectivity propositions to meet evolving customer needs and drive portfolio growth. You will shape the future of connectivity propositions by developing customer-centric strategies, leading initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve commercial and customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Shape the strategy and roadmap for Sky's connectivity propositions using customer, commercial, market, and competitor insights to identify growth opportunities and improve customer value.
- Lead the development and implementation of new propositions, features, and customer experiences, collaborating with Product, Technology, Commercial, Marketing, and Operational teams.
- Own and evolve key connectivity propositions and strategic programs, ensuring they meet commercial objectives, customer needs, and long-term business priorities.
- Build insight-led business cases articulating customer, commercial, and financial benefits, partnering with Finance and Commercial teams to support prioritization and investment decisions.
- Lead complex proposition change programs, coordinating stakeholders across the business to drive alignment, manage dependencies, and ensure successful execution.
- Monitor emerging market trends, customer needs, technologies, and competitive activity to identify future opportunities and inform long-term proposition and roadmap planning.
Requirements
- Experience working in Propositions or related areas such as Strategy, Commercial, Product, or Marketing, including developing and delivering customer-centric propositions from concept to implementation.
- Experience using customer, market, and commercial insights to develop proposition strategies, roadmaps, and actionable plans with clear priorities and intended outcomes.
- Experience working through ambiguous or complex business problems, identifying opportunities, and developing creative solutions considering both customer needs and commercial viability.
- Experience building and evaluating business cases, interpreting customer and commercial data, and using insights to inform decisions and define measures of success.
- Experience building relationships with senior and cross-functional stakeholders, influencing decisions, and aligning multiple teams around shared objectives.
- Experience leading complex initiatives involving multiple teams, including setting strategic direction, coordinating delivery, and managing dependencies.
- Experience communicating complex information verbally and in writing to different audiences, including presenting strategic narratives to senior stakeholders and translating them into detailed operational requirements.
- Appropriate right to work in the UK.
