About the Role
Ace & Tate is looking for a Sales Assistant in Berlin Akazienstraße, working 20-30 hours per week. This role focuses on creating a welcoming atmosphere, providing expert style advice, and ensuring customers find the perfect eyewear.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming atmosphere by ensuring all customers feel seen and comfortable in the store.
- Provide clear style advice by helping customers find frames that suit them and offering helpful styling tips.
- Share knowledge by explaining the differences between lenses, coatings, and fits to help customers make informed decisions.
- Pay attention to detail by polishing lenses, adjusting frames, and ensuring every pair looks perfect and is ready to wear.
- Sell with care by guiding customers through options like lens upgrades, coatings, and add-on products to ensure they get exactly what they need.

- Native-level German language skills are required for flawless communication with customers and within the team.
