About the Role

The Greentech Industrials & Infrastructure (GII) team is seeking an analyst to support execution and client coverage, focusing on financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and process management within the infrastructure sector, particularly Energy Transition and Transport.

Responsibilities

Perform financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence coordination.
Manage client deal team interactions and processes.
Coordinate with other product, geography, and industry teams.
Work on sell-side M&A, buy-side M&A, equity raising, and leveraged buyouts.
Engage with M&A, Leveraged Finance, Financial Sponsors, DCM, and Structured & Risk Solutions teams.

Requirements

Proven background in Corporate Finance from an investment bank, boutique advisory firm, or a "Big 4" accounting firm (Corporate Finance, Modelling and Valuation, Transaction Services groups).
Previous experience in Energy Transition, Transport, or other infrastructure-like sectors.
Excellent financial modeling experience, including operating models, merger models, LBOs, and DDM.
Ability to create complex infrastructure models from scratch.
Experience in buy-side and sell-side M&A.
Project management skills to lead teams in delivering client needs.
Strong communication skills for confident interaction with banking professionals and clients.
Outstanding analytical skills, including valuation and leverage analysis across power and infrastructure sub-verticals.
Experience working in a project-based environment with tight deadlines.
Strong academic record.
