- Manage timelines, stakeholders and deliverables, taking on increasingly complex projects with support from our Senior Brand Activation Manager.
- Develop and execute creative initiatives such as Mass Sampling, Campus Tours, Retail Tours, Wrapped Cars and unconventional brand activations.
- Research opportunities, turn ideas into actionable concepts and help test and scale formats that bring HOLY to new audiences.
- Plan and deliver Creator Events, Creator Sponsorships, Community Events, Offsites and Internal Events.
- Coordinate venues, guests, production requirements and event experiences to create exciting HOLY moments that strengthen relationships and generate relevant content.
- Work closely with Brand, Design, Social, Community, Partnerships and Content to develop clear creative briefs and coordinate deliverables.
- Manage agencies, suppliers and service providers, oversee onsite execution and ensure every activation meets HOLY's high quality standards.
- Manage project budgets, track relevant KPIs such as Trials, Reach, New Customers and Brand Love, and turn feedback into concrete improvements.
- Proactively contribute new ideas to the Special Projects roadmap and help build repeatable concepts, processes and playbooks for future activations.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in experiential marketing, brand activation, creative production or event management.
- Independently managed events, campaigns or significant project workstreams from planning through execution.

- Take responsibility, think ahead and proactively find solutions while knowing when to involve others in complex decisions.
- Confident working with creative teams, agencies, creators, suppliers and other external partners.
- Ability to write clear briefs, align expectations and bring different people together to deliver great projects.
- Enjoy the variety of working on projects that don't always have an existing blueprint.
- Stay calm when plans change, adapt quickly and are happy to roll up your sleeves to make things happen.
