About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Designer with exceptional UX, UI, and visual craft to shape end-to-end experiences across our web and mobile platforms, aligning with our luxury brand identity. You will lead design for complex journeys, set high-quality standards, and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes while preserving the nuance of a premium experience. This role is for someone who can transform ambiguity into clarity by framing opportunities, synthesizing data, exploring options, aligning stakeholders, and shipping elegant and effective work.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design, owning key product areas from discovery through delivery, including journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI aligned with brand identity.
- Set a premium quality bar by crafting refined interfaces with excellent hierarchy, typography, composition, and attention to detail.
- Drive alignment and decision-making by partnering with Product and Engineering to define problems, shape scope, and make trade-offs across user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Demonstrate business impact by defining success metrics, identifying meaningful signals, and using experimentation and evidence to strengthen design decisions.
- Ship work with engineering partners by communicating clearly, providing implementation-ready specs, and protecting design intent through build.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, business needs, and quantifiable results.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Mentor and support other designers through feedback, critique, and practical guidance to elevate the team's standards.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant product design experience.
- Portfolio showcasing shipped work across mobile and/or web with clear evidence of outcomes.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Claude Design/Code, Adobe Creative Suite, Typeform, and Miro.
- Expertise in interaction design, IA, user journeys, and designing for edge cases.
- High level of polish, strong typography and layout instincts, and a sharp eye for micro-interactions and motion.
- Ability to translate flows and systems across Web, iOS, and Android, adapting to platform conventions while maintaining consistency.
- Demonstrated ability to connect design work to business goals, prioritize effectively, and articulate impact using quantifiable results.
- Comfort using product signals (qualitative and quantitative) to inform design decisions and measure success.
- Familiarity with experimentation practices such as hypothesis framing, defining success metrics, and collaborating with Product and Engineering to validate impact.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, able to present work clearly, handle critique, and move decisions forward collaboratively.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Experience designing for premium/luxury brands or customers with high service expectations is a plus.
