About the Role

We work with wealth managers and private banks on how they most effectively sell to and service their clients, focusing on client journeys, underlying processes, operating models, and technology. This role is key to growing our UK business, involving proposition development, team building, and delivering complex projects.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of large programmes or workstreams, owning the plan, governance, risks, and outcomes.
Design sales and service experiences, processes, and target operating models for the front office.
Act as the senior business-side lead on platform implementations (e.g., CRM, advisor desktop, client lifecycle tooling), collaborating with technology teams.
Manage mixed teams of internal staff and client personnel, setting quality standards, delegating tasks, and developing team members.
Manage day-to-day relationships with client sponsors and senior stakeholders, including handling difficult conversations.
Serve as a sparring partner to practice leadership, contributing ideas for proposition development and advocating for them.
Coach and mentor consultants, and participate in hiring processes.
Continuously evaluate and improve practice operations, identifying areas for improvement and new initiatives.

Requirements

Strong consulting experience is essential, or genuinely consultative industry experience in a recognizable shape.
Experience in wealth management, private banking, or a closely related financial services area.
Proven track record of leading large-scale change as a programme manager, lead project manager, or design lead, with ownership of delivery, governance, and outcomes.
Experience with large technology-enabled transformation programmes, including strategic and design work.
Strong people leadership experience, including managing teams and accountability for their output quality.
Confidence and credibility to operate independently with senior client stakeholders and lead senior-level discussions.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze details, understand root causes, and build defensible recommendations.
A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in building a practice.
Experience developing or refining propositions, segment strategies, or service models (nice to have).
Experience supporting pitch processes, including defining team structures and timelines (nice to have).
