About the Role

  • Apply FRP’s visual identity to complex documents and presentations, creating clear layouts, charts, tables, graphics, and other visual elements
  • Coordinate input from multiple contributors, manage revisions and approvals, and maintain disciplined version control
  • Proof documents for accuracy, consistency, spelling, grammar, formatting, and brand compliance before release
  • Work with partners, fee earners, business development colleagues, and external designers to clarify briefs and manage production schedules
  • Provide clear progress updates and flag risks, missing information, or competing deadlines at an early stage
  • Maintain approved templates, credentials, case studies, biographies, graphics, and reusable content
  • Maintain accurate reporting on bid activity and outcomes, capture post-bid feedback, and identify lessons to improve future activity
  • Accurately record time spent supporting different offices, teams, and service lines
  • Identify practical improvements that increase consistency, reduce rework, and improve turnaround times
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client, transaction, and commercial information

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in document production, bids, design, or marketing communications, ideally within professional services, corporate finance, or a transaction environment
  • Proven experience producing long and complex documents, with information memoranda or transaction materials strongly preferred
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating professional document design, layout, and information presentation
  • Advanced capability in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint, with strong Word and Excel skills
  • Excellent written English, proofreading, and attention to detail
