About the Role
As a Snow Plow Driver / Loader Operator, you will be essential to keeping our clients' properties safe and open during the winter season. This role involves operating heavy equipment in challenging outdoor conditions.
Responsibilities
- Operate a plow truck and/or wheel loader or skid steer
- Drive and operate equipment in snow, at night, and in tight lots
- Perform daily equipment circle checks
- Report equipment damage or issues
Requirements
- Must be available 24/7 and on call from November 15 until April 15
- Must have a minimum valid G license with a clean driving record
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the yard or site
- Must have open availability for on-call work
- Must be able to work long hours during peak events
- Must be able to work safely, independently, and as part of a team
