About the Role
As a HVAC Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our property delivers an experience beyond expectation, creating memorable moments for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Support and assist in the smooth running of the property maintenance department, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest level while adhering to maintenance and company standards.
- Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring all work is completed in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, providing a positive and responsive approach to inquiries and problem resolution.
- Support and deliver on the strategies and objectives of the property maintenance department, taking ownership for assigned areas of responsibility.
- Develop and build personal skills, knowledge, and experience within the property maintenance department, aligning with the company's culture of growth, development, and performance.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department to ensure departmental inventory is maintained, productivity targets are achieved, and performance levels are attained.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships, communicating with key stakeholders while promoting the company culture and values.
- Ensure adherence to all legislation, with due diligence requirements and best practice activities planned, delivered, and documented for internal and external audits, performing follow-up as required.
