About the Role
In this role, you’ll earn visibility and trust with customers and stakeholders at every level, influence high-impact initiatives and reinforce Kyndryl’s reputation as a trusted technology partner. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end service delivery operations
- Ensure contractual KPIs and SLAs are met
- Manage operational risks and escalations
- Drive service improvement programmes
- Lead operational governance meetings
- Manage audits, compliance, and reporting requirements
- Coordinate transition, transformation, and modernization initiatives
- Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of infrastructure or managed services experience
- Minimum 5 years in service delivery or operations leadership role
Skills
- IT Service Management: ITIL Intermediate or Managing Professional certification
- Project Management: PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Domain Expertise: Proven experience operating within a public sector or government environment
- Operations & Delivery: Hands-on experience managing multi-vendor service providers and large-scale operations
