About the Role
Kolibri Games is seeking a (Sr.) Producer for an 18-month contract to cover maternity leave. This role involves collaborating with the Product Lead on the live game "Idle Bank Tycoon," overseeing the production process from feature planning to live player support, and driving innovation in the free-to-play mobile market.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the roadmap in line with the vision and priorities set by the Product Lead.
- Build trust and ensure predictability by supporting project leads and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Respond to unexpected live events, lead investigations, adjust roadmaps, and communicate changes.
- Ensure alignment and facilitate communication with marketing and service teams.
- Lead the production team effectively, keeping them focused, motivated, and minimizing waste.
- Oversee sprints, monitor daily progress, and address blockers.
- Contribute to the production team by sharing challenges and proposing solutions for company-level improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Producer in the mobile free-to-play market.
- Experience with the entire game life cycle from conception to release and LiveOps.
- Experience managing a game in the LiveOps stage.
- Familiarity with project management software and methodologies.
- Strong project management, scheduling, and multi-team coordination experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Empathy and a feel for people.
- Passion for free-to-play mobile games.
