About the Role

This role involves managing HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including contract creation, payroll preparation, and supporting employees and managers with HR matters. You will also maintain the HR management system and communicate with health insurance providers and authorities, while contributing to People Team projects.

Responsibilities

Independent personnel management and execution of administrative tasks throughout the entire employee journey.
Creation and control of employment contracts, contract amendments, and employment references.
Execution of preparatory monthly payroll accounting.
Support for employees and managers in all personnel matters.
Administration and maintenance of our HR management system Personio.
Communication with health insurance companies and authorities.
Participation in exciting projects within the People Team.

Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative People role and experience in preparatory payroll accounting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of German labor law.
