About the Role
Deep dive into customer business cases, data, and constraints to ensure optimal usage of Appier’s AI-empowered ad solutions. Gain in-depth knowledge of Appier’s ad solutions, including development, service operation, and sales strategy. Work with Product and HQ’s Technical Solutions teams to support successful adoption of Appier's solutions by providing documentation and technical guidance. Develop customer solutions through data integration and service application recommendations. Discuss product definition, implementation, and operation, clarifying issues with customers and consolidating feedback for the product team. Optimize business outcomes for customers by leveraging Appier’s AI and data assets.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring timely and successful adoption of our solutions.
- Act as a liaison with clients and stakeholders to determine project requirements, scope, schedule, and deliverables.
- Prepare technical specifications for developers.
- Create user and training documentation for smooth operation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them through close communication with developers.
- Develop internal tools and scripts to streamline operations and visualize/analyze data.
- Escalate feature enhancements and coordinate between clients and Project Managers.
- Analyze data and provide insights to customers and colleagues.
- Understand client's current status and proactively follow up based on the project timeline.
Requirements
- Solid research and summarization skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and logically.
- Good knowledge of SQL, Javascript, and iOS or Android application development.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both English (Professional level) and Korean (Native level).
- Ability to perform maintenance and debugging tasks for Web and App SDK-related solutions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies; self-motivated and independent learner.
- Experience with using Claude / ChatGPT / Gemini, etc.
