About the Role

Join our team at the CUBE Store Berlin-Spandau as a retail salesperson specializing in bicycles and e-bikes. You will advise customers on bicycles, e-bikes/pedelecs, CUBE Bikes, accessories, and apparel, including financing and bike leasing options. This role offers an attractive annual salary of €35,000 to €42,000, depending on experience and work model.

Responsibilities

Individually advise customers on bicycles, e-bikes/pedelecs, CUBE Bikes, apparel, and accessories, including financing and bike leasing.
Conduct sales conversations, gather customer needs, and find suitable solutions for daily life, leisure, sports, and mobility.
Actively sell in the store and ensure a compelling shopping experience at the CUBE Store Berlin-Spandau.
Maintain the sales floor: restock merchandise, check price tags, implement displays, and support marketing campaigns.
Assist at the checkout and, as needed, in service, workshop, and marketing areas.
Actively participate in daily operations and contribute to a smooth team workflow.

Requirements

Enjoy advising, selling, and direct customer contact in retail.
Enthusiasm for bicycles, e-bikes, CUBE Bikes, accessories, and modern mobility.
Friendly demeanor, reliability, and a clear service mentality.
Structured, independent work style and willingness to pitch in during daily operations.
Completed vocational training as a retail clerk, salesperson, or in a comparable profession is advantageous.
Career changers with a commercial background, sales experience, or service mentality are welcome.
Team spirit and independent work are a good fit for you.
The position is also suitable if you have worked as a sales consultant, customer advisor, or sales associate.
