  • Ensure a well-maintained, organised, and compliant office environment.
  • Conduct frequent inspections of cleaning, maintenance & equipment (M&E), functionality, and overall office appearance.
  • Serve as a point of contact with building management and oversee outstanding maintenance issues.
  • Manage seating plans and coordinate desk moves.
  • Monitor office supplies (groceries, printer stock, stationery).

  • Provide cover for the Office / Facilities Manager as required.
  • Support PLAS (Personal Line Access Service) activities and document execution.
  • Offer general administrative support to London office teams without dedicated team assistants.
  • Support Compliance matters such as the SMCR process management and compliance introductions.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and professionalism in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan ahead, follow through on tasks, and support smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence liaising effectively with colleagues, visitors, vendors, and stakeholders across all levels.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to identifying facilities, office management, or employee experience issues and helping resolve them efficiently.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership when supporting events, onboarding activities, compliance-related processes, and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborative mindset and service-oriented attitude, with a genuine interest in contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace experience.
