About the Role

As Director, Talent Development, Global, you will turn Rosewood Hotel Group’s Talent Development strategy into an integrated global portfolio of leadership, capability and core learning solutions. • Diagnose leadership and business capability needs, design and deploy leadership capability frameworks, Executive Leadership Development and enterprise capability solutions with business stakeholders.
  • Govern global learning sponsorship frameworks, strengthen Individual Development Plan adoption and manager follow-through, and enable coaching and mentoring approaches that build a learning culture.
  • Evolve the learning ecosystem through competency and success-profile integration, skills-based and personalized learning, digital literacy and AI fluency, while partnering with the operational LMS lead on platform use, data quality, mandatory learning, reporting and audit readiness.
  • Own and govern the master trainer program, supporting the global Talent Development community to build certified facilitator capability, consistent implementation and measurable impact.
  • Set the engagement approach, agenda and operating rhythm for the global Talent Development community for one region, acting as a liaison and implementation partner so global standards and local needs are reflected in program rollouts.
  • Establish measures and dashboards for adoption, quality, capability uplift, leadership pipeline outcomes, business value, cost efficiency and stakeholder confidence, translating insights into clear recommendations for senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Contribute as an experienced master facilitator to selected core programs and support priority capability programs and future learning innovations.

Requirements

  • You bring a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Education or a related discipline; an advanced qualification would be an advantage.
  • You have led talent development, leadership development or enterprise learning portfolios in a global or multi-regional organization.
  • You know how to design and implement leadership, capability, coaching, mentoring and core learning solutions at scale.
  • You bring strong portfolio and project leadership, including governance, prioritization, budget and vendor management, risk management and lifecycle decision-making.
  • You are comfortable using diagnostics, competency frameworks, success profiles, learning pathways, learning technology, analytics and impact measures to improve development outcomes.
  • You can translate business strategy into practical development priorities and influence senior stakeholders across corporate, regional and property environments.
  • You are a confident facilitator and communicator who can lead change and create clear, executive-ready recommendations, reports and presentations.
  • You bring people leadership experience and a track record of building capability, accountability and collaboration; experience in hospitality, luxury, lifestyle or another service-led, globally distributed business would be an advantage.
