About the Role
The Pullman brand, the first in Japan, opened in October 2018. Accor, a global hotel chain with over 5,400 properties in 110 countries, offers the upscale Pullman brand. This stylish space integrates unprecedented convenience and wellness concepts, featuring 143 rooms, a restaurant with Pullman's new concept, an open sky bar, executive lounge, fitness center, and banquet facilities for business and events.
Responsibilities
- Handle reservations via phone and email.
- Manage group reservations.
- Provide operational support.
- Respond to guest inquiries.
- Perform PBX duties.
- Provide guest support during emergencies.
Requirements
- No experience necessary; experienced individuals are preferred (including hotel experience).
- Business-level English and Japanese proficiency.
- Must possess a compassionate attitude.
- Ability to adapt flexibly.
- Capability to collaborate with team members.
- Willingness to work shifts.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Foreign nationals must possess a valid work visa for Japan.
