Requirements

- Ability to navigate using route planning tools or software efficiently
- Customer-centric attitude to listen to feedback, resolve complaints, and maintain positive relationships
- Physical stamina for loading and unloading dry ice
- Attention to detail for truck cleanliness and maintenance
- Problem-solving skills to adapt to changing customer demands and operational challenges
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
