About the Role
This is an opportunity to become our next Service Advisor, focusing on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships. You will maximize earning potential by joining a high-performing service team and improve the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Promote communication between customers and technicians
- Identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services
- Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs
- Write and manage repair orders (ROs) from start to finish
- Communicate additional service needs based on inspections
- Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage
- Keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates
Requirements
- Previous Service Advisor experience
- Automotive technician background is a plus
- Communicate with customers and co-workers
- 1+ years of experience with vehicle systems and maintenance
- Team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 18+ years of age
