About the Role
PMI Southeast CT is hiring a licensed Leasing Agent to lease residential properties across Southeastern Connecticut. This role involves managing leads, showing homes, and securing leases, with the potential for sales commissions through their real estate brokerage.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and follow up with prospective residents quickly and professionally
- Schedule and conduct showings throughout our service area
- Guide qualified applicants through the leasing process
- Coordinate with the Leasing Manager and property team
- Keep accurate records of showings, prospects and leasing activity
- Assist with property field work as needed
Requirements
- Active Connecticut real estate license
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in the field
- Reliable transportation to travel to properties
