About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer B2C, you will design simple, useful, and high-performing real estate experiences for individuals seeking housing. You will act as a key partner to the Product & Tech trio, transforming user needs, data, and UX/UI expertise into concrete mobile and web experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end experiences, from problem identification to delivery.
- Design mobile and web journeys centered on user needs.
- Clarify complex problems and help the team prioritize.
- Ensure journey consistency with other squads.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and Data Analysts.
- Design solutions that improve user experience and business objectives.
- Challenge decisions with solid arguments and a constructive approach.
- Explore and validate solutions through user research, prototyping, and experimentation.
- Contribute to the Design System and ensure platform consistency and accessibility.
Requirements
- Significant experience in product design, ideally around 7 years, in B2C, marketplace, e-commerce, or real estate products.
- Strong UX/UI culture on web and mobile, with a true UI craft level.
- A problem-first, impact-oriented, and data-informed mindset.
- Ability to work in ambiguity and create cross-functional alignment.
- Good understanding of marketplace challenges: supply/demand, listing quality, and lead generation.
