Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to existing and prospective clients.
- Lead and manage sophisticated matters within Civil Trial and Construction.
- Expand and strengthen client relationships through strategic counsel and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with attorneys across practices and offices to deliver integrated legal solutions.
- Identify opportunities to broaden client relationships across the firm’s platform.
- Mentor and develop associates, counsel, and emerging leaders.
- Contribute to business development, recruiting, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Help shape the direction and future growth of the practice and market.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice in NY.
- 8+ years of significant experience in Civil Trial and Construction.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in growing a practice within a national platform.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Commitment to collaboration and exceptional client service.
- No portable book of business is required.
