About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Video Producer to manage video production from start to finish, including concept development, scripting, shooting, and editing. The videos will be used for TV commercials, social media, and internal communications. This role is integral to shaping the visual storytelling for our business.

Responsibilities

Brainstorm, pitch, and execute original video concepts.
Manage video projects from initial concept through final delivery.
Collaborate with the team to develop video concepts and narratives.
Edit raw footage into polished videos, including color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects.
Manage lighting design and audio mixing.
Create videos that adhere to brand compliance guidelines.
Implement feedback from the team and managers.
Produce high-quality content that meets professional standards.
Deliver high-quality videos in short time frames.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of professional or freelance video production experience.
Strong eye for composition, storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
Highly organized, able to meet deadlines, and keep production on schedule.
Develop a clear plan for every video, from ideation to execution.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Capable of making independent decisions and solving problems.
Able to stay focused and productive while juggling multiple projects.
Understand the importance of fast-paced work and meeting deadlines.
Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
