About the Role
Wappingers Falls Toyota is seeking a motivated individual to join their team. This role is crucial for customer interaction and financial transactions within the dealership, offering opportunities for career growth within the Lithia and Driveway family.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
- Direct calls and handle customer payment and credit transactions.
- Balance and reconcile daily cash office accounts.
- Handle daily bank deposits.
- Assist the Office Manager and General Manager with clerical tasks.
- Calculate prices of goods, services, and total bills.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- 1+ years of experience.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be able to work in a drug-free workplace.
