About the Role
Our Subaru Express Service team is looking for a customer-focused Express Service Representative. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, providing warm and welcoming interactions, and keeping a positive atmosphere in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional greetings to every customer upon arrival.
- Listen to customer concerns and ensure they feel heard and understood.
- Communicate with customers about wait times and service updates.
- Create a positive and comfortable customer experience from drop-off to pick-up.
- Help with simple check-in and check-out steps using basic computer systems.
- Support the flow of the Express Service lane by coordinating with team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service environment.
- Uphold Subaru's standards of hospitality and customer care.
Requirements
- Genuine experience helping people and providing exceptional customer service.
- Friendly attitude.
- Excellent attendance and reliability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying positive.
- Basic computer experience (typing, simple data entry, navigating menus).
