About the Role
The Order Puller is responsible for accurately pulling and packing orders while meeting productivity and accuracy standards in a dynamic warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Picks customer orders
- Checks packing list for accuracy and inspects items
- Drives an electric cart to pick orders
- Meets or exceeds productivity and accuracy standards
- Inspect products for defects or damages
- Maintains a neat, clean, and safe warehouse work environment
- Follows all safety rules
- Acts professionally and remains focused
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read and speak English
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery
- Must be comfortable using electronic devices
- Can lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation
- Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately
- Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information
- Must be flexible with start and departure time changing
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- Ability to work independently without close supervision
- Responsible for any additional duties assigned
- Must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift
- Requires frequent grasping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling of items with hands and arms, up to 50 lbs
- Requires moderate hand-eye coordination, near vision, far vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, adjusting focus and hearing
- Ability to work in a high-volume, high-demand environment while meeting strenuous customer deadlines
- Ability to change priorities or job duties as needed and interact with employees at all levels
