Responsibilities
- Solve technical challenges across front-end, back-end, and infrastructure.
- Leverage existing expertise to become effective in unfamiliar tech stacks and novel situations.
- Rapidly acquire client/sector knowledge.
- Apply best practice principles for technical architecture to design new systems.
- Explain technical concepts effectively to non-technical people.
- Impress clients with communication skills.
- Leverage technology to deliver great outcomes for clients and end users.
- Ensure great technical quality and efficient, high-value output.
- Help clients increase their technical maturity, while remaining sensitive to their business needs.
- Mentor developers and help them reach their personal development goals.
- Collaborate with designers and product owners to innovate and devise great technical solutions.
- Work comfortably in ambiguity and fast-paced, changing environments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience.
- Breadth and depth of technical knowledge and expertise.
- Strong technical, mentoring, and client communication skills.
- Passion for finding great solutions through technology.
- Comfortable applying architectural principles in unfamiliar situations.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and environments.

- Profit share: average of £3,500 - £11,250
